What're you expecting them to find?

If they're already working with Salvia, grant money should cover the plants. But if they're not working with it already, I doubt anyone could set aside several year's lab work just for some free plants. :(

i'm expecting to find genetic variability- whether there is anything to the nine different strains. they look exactly the same, how can we tell if they are really different from each other.
i'm sure grant money could cover plants but whats so wrong with providing for research means? :)
